Shared Care for Therapists
Medical management of at-home ketamine for clients who remain in your care.
Your client stays your client. There is no cost to you, and no formal referral is needed.
Shared care is a collaborative treatment model for licensed psychotherapists whose clients may benefit from ketamine-assisted therapy. Your client continues psychotherapy with you, including preparation and integration. Dr. Shortt provides the medical component of treatment: assessment, prescribing, and monitoring of sublingual ketamine for at-home use.
Available to adults residing in New Mexico and California. When possible, the first medical visit takes place in person in Santa Fe, so care can continue by telehealth if federal rules change after December 31, 2026.
